Job description

Architecture & Solution Design - o Define and govern architecture for complex insurance platforms and digital transformation initiatives. o Design scalable, resilient, high-performance distributed systems. o Lead modernization using .NET, microservices, cloud-native, and event-driven architectures. o Drive architecture reviews, technology selection, and governance. o Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security, and regulatory requirements. o Bring any architectural changes across to TDA (Architectural Review Board) and CAB (change Board) alongside application team and get through its approvals o Active participation in Architecture Community of Practice (CoP) Technical Leadership o Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance. o Lead architecture workshops and stakeholder discussions. o Define target-state architecture and modernization roadmaps. o Conduct PoCs and technology assessments to solve complex business and technical challenges. o Work with COEs for shared goals Integration & Data Architecture - o Design scalable integration solutions using APIs, messaging, and asynchronous patterns. o Architect event-driven, event-sourced systems for scalability and resilience. o Define data architecture across transactional, analytics, and search platforms. o Enable seamless integration across enterprise applications and services. Cloud & Platform Engineering o Design and deliver cloud-native solutions on Azure and AWS. o Lead cloud modernization, migration, scalability, and resilience initiatives. o Define high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies. o Optimize application and infrastructure performance for enterprise-scale workloads.

Role - Senior Technical Profile - .NET and UI in Insurance Domain Seeking a Senior Technical .Net with 18+ years of experience, including 12+ years in architecture roles, to lead the design and modernization of enterprise insurance platforms. The role requires expertise in .NET, cloud-native solutions, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integrations, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions, Application Platforms - C#, ASP.NET MVC 5, .NET Framework 4.7.2, .NET 6+, Angular 15.2.9 / 16.2.14, REST APIs Data Platforms - Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL 13, Elasticsearch, RavenDB, MartenDB Messaging & Integration Kafka, NServiceBus, Azure Service Bus, MSMQ, API Gateway, Logic Apps, Azure Functions Cloud & Infrastructure - Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Azure App Services, Azure SignalR, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM), Windows and Linux hosting environments DevOps & Observability GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, JFrog Artifactory, Datadog, AppDynamics, Kibana, Azure Application Insights
