Experteer Overview In this role, you will advance enterprise MBSE and architecture for national defense programs, collaborating across technical teams to mature system designs. You will drive model-based representations and requirements, contributing to a digital transformation that enhances warfighter capabilities. You’ll lead and coach teams on MBSE practices, shaping architectures for large, multi-developer programs. This is a mission-driven opportunity at a leading defense contractor that values collaboration, automation, and continuous learning. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with program IPTs to develop system engineering artifacts * Mature architecture content for large programs * Incorporate and represent requirements in the model * Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture * Contribute to requirements management and analysis * Develop model development processes and tool integration * Coach team members on MBSE practices and implementation Tasks * Bachelor degree in Systems, Software, or related STEM with 12 years of experience, or 9 years with MS, or 6 years with PhD * Subject matter expert in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) * Experience as an Enterprise MBSE Lead and guiding system engineering applications * Strong communication and cross-organizational coordination skills * Proven ability to define MBSE and mission engineering processes * Experience presenting architectures to customers * Proficient with MBSE tools such as Cameo Enterprise Architecture * Experience exporting documentation from model-based environments * Experience leading MBSE trainings/workshops * Current/active U.S Government Top Secret clearance Key requirements * health insurance * life and disability insurance * savings plan * paid holidays * paid time off (PTO)

Requirements
