Job description

Experteer Overview In this onsite role, you will develop, integrate, and maintain software for automated test equipment used in Raytheon’s production/testing environments. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable test systems that validate hardware deliverables. You will troubleshoot and drive the full lifecycle of test software from requirements through verification and maintenance. This is a hands-on, production-focused engineering position that contributes to mission-critical defense products. You will work with cutting-edge test software and hardware, shaping how we test and ensure quality at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Develop, integrate, and maintain test software for on-site production test systems * Create applications, libraries, and instrument drivers per organizational standards * Participate in multidisciplinary engineering teams and end-to-end test product development * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test software and hardware * Lead multiple tasks in a production environment and manage cradle-to-grave test software activities * Support requirements, design, validation, verification, and maintenance for test software Tasks * Degree in STEM with minimum 2 years of relevant experience * Experience with C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, TestStand or similar test software languages * Experience developing automated test stations/systems * Experience with ATE software life cycle (requirements through verification) * Proficiency in cross-platform development (Windows/Linux) and embedded environments Key requirements * healthcare benefits * parential leave * flexible work schedules * educational assistance * employee assistance program * paid time off and holidays
