Director, Full-Stack Engineer

Experteer Overview In this AI-enabled engineering role, you will own and ship production components of BNY’s loans platform, enabling AI-driven processing, policy-driven servicing, and on-chain settlement for complex credit products. You’ll work across backend, frontend, AI orchestration, and blockchain layers to deliver scalable, auditable solutions that reduce costs and generate revenue. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership to set standards and drive platform roadmap with senior peers. You’ll collaborate with product, operations, and compliance to translate requirements into working systems.
