Senior Solution Architect

Experteer Overview As Senior Solution Architect, you will lead Online Access architecture within the Digital Client Experience portfolio. You’ll define standards, patterns, and blueprints to enable scalable, secure digital platforms for clients and internal users. You’ll translate business needs into resilient, high-performing solutions and shape modernization roadmaps aligned with firm priorities. You’ll collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to drive adoption of best practices, governance, and measurable improvements in platform stability and observability. Compensation / Benefits * Lead solution architecture for Online Access products and services supporting client-facing and internal digital platforms * Define technology standards, architectural patterns, and scalable blueprints to support growth and efficiency * Translate business, technical, and non-functional requirements into secure, resilient solutions that meet SLAs * Shape technology roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned with priorities and digital initiatives * Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor solutions to identify opportunities * Partner with architects, product leaders, and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment and successful delivery * Improve platform stability, observability, resiliency, and operational effectiveness through governance and optimization * Mentor technical teams and drive adoption of architectural best practices and transformation initiatives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field * 7+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years in solution, application, or enterprise architecture roles * Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-based SaaS integrations, API management platforms, and modern digital architectures * Deep expertise in enterprise solution design, architecture patterns, and multiple technology domains * Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization principles * Ability to translate business objectives into technology strategies, roadmaps, business cases, proofs-of-concept, and architectural artifacts * Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across matrixed organizations * Proven ability to mentor teams, drive technology adoption, and communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Key requirements * medical and prescription drug * dental * vision * 401k * paid holidays * vacation
