Experteer Overview In this role you will design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android within GCCH environments. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and user teams to ensure compliant, secure endpoint management at scale. You help optimize enrollment, configuration, and application deployment while mentoring junior engineers. This position supports a remote work schedule and contributes to mission-focused IT excellence in a GCCH context. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune across multi-platform environments * Configure and support Intune in GCCH ecosystem with federal compliance standards * Develop device compliance and security policies for GCCH needs * Create FFU packages for Divisional Workstation Imaging and deployment * Configure and maintain application packages and handle versioning and patching * Troubleshoot Intune issues across platforms and GCCH environments * Collaborate with Cyber Security, infrastructure, and EUC teams to align with GCCH requirements * Integrate Entra AD, Okta, Zscaler, and ServiceNow * Automate enrollment, configuration, and deployment using Apple Business Manager, Knox, Jamf Pro, Windows Autopilot * Assess endpoint compliance and security posture within GCCH constraints * Provide Tier 3 end-user support and knowledge sharing * Manage Jamf Pro for macOS and Parallels environments * Intune packaging for Windows/macOS/iOS/Android; maintain security * Nerdio for AVD management and automation Tasks * 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor in related field; 7 years with a Master; 4 years with a PhD/JD; or 13 years with a High School Diploma or equivalent * US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance * Experience in Microsoft GCCH environments with compliance and security constraints * Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Nerdio, Jamf, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager * Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android ecosystems * Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation * Hands-on experience with MAM/MDM * Deep understanding of Zero Trust in GCCH environments * Ability to document solutions clearly and write Knowledge Base articles * Proven multi-tasking in a dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Key requirements * best-in-class medical, dental, and vision plans * wellness resources * 401(k) Savings Plan * life insurance * employee discounts * tuition reimbursement
