Frontend Engineer

Experteer Overview In this Frontend Engineer role, you will own the client-side experience of BBH’s AI-native data integration platform, crafting enterprise-grade interfaces for configuring integrations, building transformations, and monitoring workflows. You will work closely with design to translate Figma concepts into production Angular components and Python-backed features, delivering fast, secure, and accessible UI that business users can operate without tickets. You’ll contribute across the stack, uphold quality through tests, and optimize performance for large data sets. This is a foundational, design-driven opportunity to shape a new class of fintech tooling. Compensation / Benefits * Build and maintain Angular-based interfaces for core product features (configuration, transformation building, workflow monitoring, audit logs) * Own features end-to-end from Figma to production (Angular components, Python API endpoints) * Extend the component library with design team collaboration * Create high-performance data views (filterable tables, real-time streams, diff views, audit logs) * Translate Figma designs into production components with high fidelity using Dev Mode and tokens * Collaborate with design to flag constraints early and prototype in code * Maintain Storybook as living docs for the component library * Implement streaming UI patterns for AI-generated outputs (progressive rendering, token-by-token display) * Develop interfaces for AI-suggested transformations and inline suggestions * Implement feedback mechanisms to improve AI quality signals * Write unit/integration tests and maintain CI * Optimize for Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, OnPush, virtual scrolling * Apply Angular security patterns and RBAC-aware UI * Build to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards Tasks * 4+ years professional frontend engineering * Has built and shipped features in production SaaS environments * Angular - deep proficiency (components, services, RxJS, reactive forms, lazy loading, standalone components, CDK) * TypeScript - strong typing mindset * Python - comfortable writing backend API endpoints (FastAPI or similar) * Figma fluency - Dev Mode, components, design tokens * Testing - Jasmine/Jest; Cypress or Playwright * State management - NgRx, Akita, or similar * Active user of AI coding assistants in daily workflow Key requirements * private healthcare (Medicover or Luxmed) * Multisport card * home office setup budget * professional development budget * equity available for select roles * competitive salary and comprehensive benefits
