Data & AI Solution Advisor

Experteer Overview In this role you guide enterprise data & AI transformations across PMI, platform modernization, and technology evolution, acting as a trusted advisor to shape SAP’s data strategy. You’ll blend technical architecture with commercial insight to protect value and accelerate outcomes during complex changes. You influence account strategy and executive decisions, positioning SAP as a partner of choice for data modernization and AI innovation. You empower cross-entity teams to execute consistently and confidently. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with account teams and partners to understand objectives, qualify opportunities, and shape strategy * Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader on the customer lifetime value journey with SAP’s data & AI portfolio * Evaluate technical and business value in expansion, integration, and acquisition scenarios to provide clear guidance * Lead customer discovery sessions, data maturity assessments, workshops, and architecture reviews * Translate customer needs into tailored SAP data & AI solutions and differentiators * Design end-to-end data modernization architectures (data fabric, warehousing, analytics, MDM, agentic AI readiness) * Deliver demos, POCs, executive briefings, and workshops to demonstrate data-to-value outcomes * Support proposal development, business case creation, and deal progression with cross-functional teams * Present market and customer needs to influence road map priorities * Stay current on market trends to strengthen solution positioning and differentiation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field * 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture in data/analytics/AI * Hands-on experience with modern enterprise data architectures (MDM, data warehousing/lakehouse, data fabric, analytics, agentic AI/ML) * Proficiency with SAP Data Cloud services (Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, HANA Cloud, Master Data Governance, Joule, Knowledge Graph, Databricks, and data models) * Working knowledge of data ecosystems (Reltio, Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, Palantir, Informatica) * Proven track record in customer-facing demos, workshops, POCs, and executive engagements * Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex concepts into business narratives * Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, value-based selling, and stakeholder management * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments * High learning agility and a customer-centric problem-solving approach Key requirements *
