Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior FPGA Engineer you will design and optimize DSP/FPGA solutions for RF products, contributing to a wireless product line. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to meet aggressive timelines and field-ready hardware. The role blends theory and hands-on debugging of high-speed architectures to deliver reliable, scalable hardware. You’ll work on impactful missions that require integrity, initiative, and clear communication. This is a chance to shape advanced FPGA-based signal processing for critical applications. Compensation / Benefits * design, develop, modify and evaluate electronic hardware and FPGA/DSP solutions * analyze equipment to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests * select components based on specifications and reliability * debug and verify complex FPGA designs and high-speed interfaces * implement and debug high-speed architectures (e.g., JESD204C, 2.5G/10G/40G/100G Ethernet) * manage timing constraints and HDL coding (VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog) * apply DSP baseband processing and task scheduling within FPGA-based systems * pilot integration with RF systems, including signal processing and modulation/demodulation Tasks * BS in EE or similar field and 10+ years of relevant experience * ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance * proficient HDL coding in VHDL, Verilog and SystemVerilog * experience debugging complex FPGA designs * ability to implement high-speed interfaces and RF-related architectures * Python, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink and VHDL programming * experience with DSP baseband processing and system-level design * strong collaboration and communication skills Key requirements * flexible time off * robust learning resources * healthcare * retirement * time off benefits
