Experienced QA Engineer with Hands-on Automation and AI Skills

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead QA efforts within Deloitte’s AI & Engineering practice, delivering testing solutions for complex clientled tech programs. You’ll interface with clients and Deloitte teams to shape testing strategies and oversee testing across large-scale engagements. The role focuses on AI-enabled, cloud and software platforms, driving quality and delivery outcomes. You will work with crossfunctional teams to enable innovative, reliable solutions and support business impact through rigorous testing and governance. Compensation / Benefits * Act as the lead interfacing between clients and Deloitte teams * Create testing solutions aligned to clients’ business needs * Lead testing of custom technology solutions * Drive testing strategy and oversight across large programs * Coordinate with onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams * Utilize Test and Defect Management tools (MicroFocus, ALM, JIRA) * Test across diverse environments (client/server, web, SOA, mainframe, three-tier) * Apply automated testing tools (Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI, PostMan, RESTAssured, Mockito) * Use scripting languages (Shell, VBScript, Perl, Python) * Manage source control (SVN, GIT) * Employ build tools (Maven, CircleCI) * Generate automated reports and test data * Engage in cloud and API testing; participate in CI/CD/CT pipelines * Incorporate prompt engineering into automated test scripts and data Tasks * 6+ years’ relevant consulting or industry experience * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field * 4+ years defining testing strategy for large-scale programs with lifecycle traceability * Experience leading testing efforts across system integration, UAT, and performance testing * Experience with at least two of: TCOE, TMO, mobile testing, automation testing, SAP/Oracle testing, data testing * 4+ years driving QA processes and securing executive buy-in * 2+ years leading teams (onshore/offshore/nearshore) * Experience with MicroFocus, ALM, JIRA * Experience with diverse environments (client/server, SOA, web, mainframe, 3-tier) * Experience with MicroFocus UFT, Rational Tooling, Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI, PostMan, RESTAssured, Mockito * Scripting language experience (Shell, VBScript, Perl, Python) * Source control (SVN, GIT) * Build tools (Maven, CircleCI) * Automated reporting * Cloud testing, API testing * CI/CD/CT tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Quickbuild) * Prompt engineering techniques for test scripts and data * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
