Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions with emphasis on Inventory, Manufacturing, and Costing. You will serve as the functional expert and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end SCM solutions in global, multi-supply chain environments. You will ensure seamless integration with Fusion SCM modules and maintain alignment with enterprise needs and best practices. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions focusing on Inventory, Manufacturing, and Costing * Act as functional expert for Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Management processes * Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into effective solutions * Be the main SCM contact for guidance across the organization * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Fusion Supply Chain modules with business needs * Oversee inventory module design/configuration including item creation, transactions, and warehouse management * Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels, lot/serial traceability, and policy compliance * Define and manage manufacturing workflows, including work orders and routings * Support discrete and mixed-mode manufacturing with integrated planning and procurement * Implement Oracle Cost Management, including cost roll-ups, allocations, and variance analysis * Address complex costing scenarios and multi-organization setups * Ensure financial integration with SCM processes and seamless system integrations * Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation in SCM * Stay updated on Oracle Fusion advancements and apply best practices * Create and maintain documentation such as configuration guides and test scripts Tasks * 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Manufacturing, Costing) * Experience in global, multi-supply chain environments with complex SCM needs * Techno-functional expertise in Oracle Cost Management and data modeling * Proven track record in large, global manufacturing environments * Strong analytical skills for cost structure evaluation and process improvements * Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional settings * Proven Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementation experience (configurations and customizations) * Ability to work in distributed teams including vendor resources * Strong requirement translation into application/operational solutions * Oracle Cloud certification in Inventory, Manufacturing or Cost Management is a plus * Hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools and analytics for cost visibility * Minimum 8 years in development/leadership/implementation for Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory & Cost Management * Minimum 3-4 years leading Oracle Cloud planning projects * Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite delivering Supply Chain & Manufacturing modules Key requirements * Paid time off (12-25 days) * Company paid holidays * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Retirement savings plans (e.g., 401(k)) * Life and disability insurance * Employee assistance programs
