Cloud Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build, automate, and manage our cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role is responsible for ensuring our cloud environments are secure, scalable, highly available, and aligned with enterprise technology and security standards. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and cloud security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop self-service cloud solutions that enable application teams to deploy and manage infrastructure efficiently., * Design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Lead cloud engineering initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform Enterprise, ARM Templates, or similar tools.
• Develop automation solutions using Terraform, GitHub, PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Azure Policy to eliminate manual processes.
• Design and maintain cloud resources including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Networking, Identity, and Compute services.
• Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, governance policies, and compliance standards.
• Monitor cloud environments, identify performance issues, and proactively recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with application development, security, and infrastructure teams to build standardized self-service cloud platforms.
• Stay current with Azure and Oracle Cloud technologies and recommend new capabilities to improve the cloud platform.

• Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, preferably with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong experience managing cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, or similar technologies).
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with GitHub and version control for infrastructure deployments.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, compute, storage, identity, monitoring, and security.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across teams., * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Certification
• Experience with Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and cloud governance.
• Experience building self-service cloud platforms and automation frameworks.
