Senior Test Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Testing professional at Swift, you will validate mission-critical FIN systems and contribute to acceptance testing under guidance from a senior engineer. You’ll build automated tests and help shape testing practices in a high-availability environment. This role blends manual and automated testing within an agile, cross-functional setting, ensuring product quality and reliability. You will work with a globally distributed team and have opportunities to evolve the automated testing framework and CI/CD pipelines. Compensation / Benefits * Plan, execute, and own system integration, manual testing, and installations for medium-size projects * Develop and integrate automated test scenarios into CI/CD workflows * Influence software design for testability, scalability, performance, and accessibility * Contribute to the evolution of automated testing frameworks and testing infrastructure * Support and maintain testing tools and pipelines in an agile environment * Collaborate across international teams and communicate effectively under pressure * Provide on-call support as part of operational requirements * Work with hardware/software components of SWIFT networks to ensure product quality Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline * 5+ years in software/systems integration or testing * Proven experience with CI/CD, integration or functional testing of scalable, secure software * Strong problem-solving and communication skills * Experience with RHEL/Linux, Python scripting * Experience with Java, Selenium and/or Robot Framework * CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins; Bitbucket/Git and artifact repositories * Ansible Playbooks development and integration into CI/CD Key requirements * medical, dental, vision and life insurance * retirement plan with matching 401k * competitive base salary and bonus opportunity
