You’ll partner with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, answer strategic questions, and accelerate decision-making through dashboards, narratives, and self-service analytics. Compensation / Benefits * Transform complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations * Leverage cloud analytics platforms (Databricks, Microsoft data technologies) to explore and interpret large datasets * Utilize AI-assisted analytics and prompt-based discovery (Power BI Copilot, related technologies) to speed insight generation * Partner with stakeholders to define analytical opportunities and translate objectives into scalable solutions * Design and develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports * Apply advanced data visualization, UX/UI, accessibility, and dashboard design best practices * Create dashboards and analytical experiences that narrate business stories and highlight KPIs, risks, and opportunities * Determine delivery mechanisms for insights (dashboards, AI-generated narratives, self-service) based on business needs * Produce analytical narratives and actionable recommendations from traditional and AI-assisted insights * Interface with tech teams to access and validate data from enterprise sources * Improve reporting and self-service capabilities through automation * Evaluate new analytics, visualization, cloud, and AI tech and develop PoCs to enhance reporting * Participate in strategic planning with BI, Data Engineering, and leadership teams * Support ad hoc analysis and recurring reporting * Perform other duties as assigned Tasks * 7+ years in BI, analytics, report development, data visualization, or related disciplines * Financial services industry experience required; mortgage experience preferred * Proven expertise with cloud analytics platforms (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Synapse, Snowflake) * Experience with large-scale data discovery, analytical research, data validation in cloud environments * Experience with AI-assisted analytics platforms and natural language query tools * Expert-level experience designing executive dashboards, scorecards, and BI solutions in Power BI * Strong data visualization, UX/UI, and data storytelling skills * Ability to balance self-service reporting, dashboards, and AI analytics to meet objectives * Strong understanding of semantic models, cloud data ecosystems, and self-service BI strategies * Strong SQL and relational database skills; Python or other languages preferred * Effective communication of complex concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; equivalent experience considered Key requirements * Competitive compensation * Inclusive, diverse culture * Tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities * Medical/Dental/Vision benefits * Wellness program * Generous paid time off
