National Manager, Software Engineering

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Technology Domain, shaping the strategy for a domain in Toyota Financial Services. You will drive engineering excellence across multiple teams, deliver scalable, customer-facing and backend technology initiatives, and partner with product and enterprise leaders to align with business goals. You will balance strategic and tactical execution, hire and develop top engineering talent, and influence stakeholders to achieve high-impact outcomes.
