Job description
We are seeking a Technical Solution Architect (Procurement Domain) to lead the design and architecture of next-generation Source-to-Pay (S2P) and procurement technology ecosystems. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise solutions that power global procurement operations.
You will act as the bridge between business and technology-translating complex procurement processes into modern architecture spanning S2P platforms, ERP systems, supplier networks, contract lifecycle management, and procurement analytics. What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end architecture for Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management platforms
- Define integration strategies across ERP systems, procurement tools, and third-party platforms
- Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical discovery sessions
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Technology leaders to define scalable solutions
- Govern implementation to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices
- Design procurement data models, analytics frameworks, and AI/ML-enabled use cases (eg, spend analytics, supplier risk, forecasting)
- Establish reusable architecture patterns, standards, and best practices across procurement technology ecosystems
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise technology with strong procurement or Source-to-Pay domain experience (5+ years preferred in S2P/P2P environments)
- Deep expertise with procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or similar)
- Strong experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Hands-on knowledge of API-based and event-driven architectures
- Strong foundation in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with data architecture, MDM, and enterprise analytics
- Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (eg, TOGAF)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage executive and technical audiences
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
Nice to Have
- AI/ML applications in procurement or supply chain
- RPA and workflow automation experience
- ESG, supplier risk, or sustainability analytics exposure
- Low-code/no-code platform experience
- Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, AWS/Azure Architect, or supply chain certifications
