Requirements

Full-stack Java development with Spring Boot, including strong fundamentals in design patterns, APIs, data access, and secure coding.
Cloud-native development experience with Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, and Azure services.
DevOps and CI/CD expertise, including pipelines, automation, and blue/green deployments.
Quality and reliability practices, including unit/integration testing, observability (logs, metrics, traces), performance tuning, and incident playbooks.
Microservices and messaging technologies, including REST APIs, Kafka/Event Hubs, and resilience patterns such as retry and circuit breaker.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB), caching (Redis), and query optimization.
Strong Agile delivery experience with excellent communication and collaboration skills across Product, Architecture, SRE, and QA teams.

Additional Requirements

Tech Lead / Senior Java Developer with 8 12 years of experience and at least 3 years of leadership experience.
Review architecture and design and recommend improvements aligned with business requirements.
Own end-to-end design, development, and deployment for multiple features or projects.
Drive timely delivery while enforcing development best practices.
