Requirements

10 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development.
Current project experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Landscape is mandatory.
3+ years of experience as a Power BI Architect / Solution Architect.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Service, Power BI Premium, Power BI Desktop, and Fabric Ecosystem.
Advanced DAX, Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake Schema), and Performance Optimization.
Experience with Direct Lake, OneLake, Semantic Models, RLS, Deployment Pipelines, and Gateway Management.
Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, Dimensional Modeling, and OLAP Concepts.
Experience in BI Migration projects (Tableau/Qlik/Cognos to Power BI).
Expertise in Power BI Governance, Security Frameworks, and Enterprise Reporting Architecture.
Experience creating executive dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports.
Excellent client-facing communication, architecture, and leadership skills.
Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Certification is preferred.
Experience with Copilot in Power BI is a strong plus.
Must be willing to travel to Houston during critical project phases.
