Job description

The Technical Specialist (Software) will support the development, modernization, and administration of internal and external classified websites for the Sponsor. This role is responsible for website content management, SharePoint administration, branding implementation, compliance review, and strategic web planning aligned with organizational and Federal policies., * Support development of Sponsor internal and external websites to effectively convey organizational messaging.

  • Serve as SharePoint Site Collection Administrator.
  • Update website content with designated fields of information, ensuring all entries are properly classified, accurate, and compliant.
  • Develop and support graphics content for websites, placemats, and newsletters.
  • Gather, create, edit, and disseminate the monthly Newsletter, ensuring proper classification and accuracy.
  • Support branding and marketing development initiatives as required.
  • Manage website updates and conduct webpage reviews to ensure adherence to Federal policies.
  • Identify and assist with implementation of new website technologies.
  • Support conversion of legacy websites to align with current branding standards and layout requirements.
  • Plan, develop, and execute new pages for website.
  • Develop a communications plan and strategic roadmap aligned with strategies for presentation to Center Leadership.
  • Provide additional ad-hoc web development support as required.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Website maintenance?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * TS/SCI with Poly

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Experience supporting classified website environments.
  • SharePoint Site Collection Administration experience.
  • Web content management and information governance expertise.
  • Graphics development and digital communications support experience.
  • Knowledge of Federal web policy compliance standards.
  • Experience with website modernization and legacy system conversion.
  • Strong written communication skills to support newsletters and leadership briefings.
  • Ability to operate in secure, mission-driven environments.
