The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, documented, and translated into effective solutions. The role involves requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, solution validation, and supporting successful project delivery. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand business needs.
