Agentic AI and Data Science Engineering Delivery Manager

Experteer Overview Lead as a value-stream owner coordinating AI agent teams to turn ideas into delivered outcomes. You will align cross-functional work, set quality gates, and manage risks to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard. You’ll translate business needs into clear criteria for AI-enabled delivery and orchestrate dependencies across teams. This role offers the chance to shape AI-driven initiatives within the Government & Public Services practice and drive measurable client impact. Compensation / Benefits * Orchestrate value-stream intake, prioritization, and assignment across teams * Lead stakeholder management and convert business needs into acceptance criteria for agent teams * Provide quality oversight and verify completion to ensure deliverables are genuinely ‘done’ * Set guardrails, constraints, and risk controls for agent-driven delivery * Coordinate dependencies and manage delivery rhythm across teams * Guide Analyst and Architect agent teams on requirements, user stories, and technical direction * Monitor delivery health and intervene when workflows stall or deviate from targets Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering * 5+ years in delivery leadership, product management, or program management * 5+ years defining acceptance criteria, quality standards, and release gates * 5+ years Agile & Lean practices (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, continuous improvement) * 2+ years using AI-assisted development tools * Ability to travel ~50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship * Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance Key requirements *
