Experteer Overview In this role you shape Tulip’s agentic AI capabilities to automate workflows for non-technical users. You will build practical AI agents and contribute to an internal platform that scales across teams, balancing speed with reliability and security. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to translate business problems into ROI-driven AI solutions. This is a fast-paced, impact-focused role with direct visibility to leadership and a chance to influence how humans and AI collaborate at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Partner with business teams to identify high-leverage AI opportunities and co-design, build, and launch agentic solutions * Develop and ship AI agents that automate workflows for non-technical users * Contribute to the architecture and construction of Tulip’s agentic AI platform, ensuring secure, scalable integrations * Stay informed on external agentic AI trends to guide Tulip’s internal strategy * Support AI enablement initiatives through learning programs, coaching, and change management Tasks * 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering with hands-on AI/LLM delivery * Proven ability to build internal tools enabling non-technical users to access powerful technology * Strong relationship-building skills with business leads and problem-framing abilities * Full-stack proficiency (e.g., TypeScript) and API design/integration experience (RESTful or similar) * Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and RAG in production * Production experience with AWS or GCP, CI/CD practices, and AI safety/security understanding * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience Key requirements * Company equity * Health, Dental, Vision * Short-term Disability * Long-term Disability * Life Insurance * Parental Leave
