Senior Lead Data Architect

Experteer Overview As an Information/Data Architect, you will shape enterprise data models and collaborate with product owners and SMEs to translate requirements into robust logical data models. You’ll mature business information models, enforce best practice data modelling standards, and partner with architecture leadership to meet current and future needs. You drive innovative information architecture solutions and contribute to governance, ensuring data definitions and lifecycle management are consistent. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with product owners and SMEs to capture functional and data requirements and translate them into Logical Data Models * Mature and expand Business Information Models based on implementation analysis * Work with Information Architecture leadership to enforce data modelling standards and guidelines * Engage technical teams and stakeholders to propose information architecture approaches * Identify opportunities to integrate with other Data Management functions for metadata and lifecycle improvements * Participate in information architecture governance bodies and provide feedback * Design and troubleshoot information architecture solutions beyond routine approaches * Identify opportunities to automate remediation of recurring data issues * Facilitate evaluation sessions of data models with stakeholders to validate requirements and rules * Contribute to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect Tasks * 10+ years’ experience as an Information or Data Architect * Hands-on experience delivering Logical Data Models * Hands-on experience with Logical Data Modelling Tools * Hands-on experience with Business & Data Analysis techniques * CDMP Certification or other data management certification * Exposure to Industry Data Models * Experience in building Common Data Models * Advanced knowledge of architecture and exposure to other data management areas * Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle * In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry IT systems * Advanced knowledge of software, application, and architecture disciplines * Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies for future state architecture Key requirements * comprehensive health care coverage * retirement savings plan * tuition reimbursement * mental health support * on-site health and wellness centers * equitable incentive compensation
