Experteer Overview In this role you lead the architecture and development of high-performance server platform software, spanning firmware, BIOS, kernel, and drivers. You collaborate across hardware, software, and systems teams to align roadmaps with business goals and drive pre-silicon FW/SW co-development. You own delivery of comprehensive solutions, ensure rigorous testing and long-term maintenance, and mentor a distributed engineering team. You play a pivotal role in shaping Google’s AI infrastructure and hyperscale server initiatives while balancing delivery with innovation.
