Experteer Overview In this role you will support the production website platform and cloud-native DevOps tooling to keep services reliable and scalable. You’ll work on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and AWS-based operations with a hands-on, proactive approach. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers to ramp quickly and document processes to improve observability and deployment effectiveness. The position emphasizes ownership, steady operating discipline under deadlines, and a focus on practical automation and monitoring improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for cloud platforms * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, ALB, Route53) * Assist with scripting (Python, Bash) and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform) * Enhance monitoring and alerting using Fluent Bit, Loki, ELK, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana * Document processes and collaborate with senior engineers to gain hands-on experience with cloud-native DevOps tooling * Maintain production website platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and repair issues * Work with junior and senior engineers, PMs, and executives as needed * Rely on a strong ownership mindset to manage cloud infrastructure and system administration Tasks * 1-4 years of experience * Python proficiency * Some Kubernetes knowledge (Helm, YAML) * Terraform required * Ansible is a nice-to-have * Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset * Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and proactive demeanor Key requirements *
