Technical Lead (Antwerp area)

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead for Antwerp area. We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who helps translate architecture into implementation, supports teams in cloud and Kubernetes environments, ensures technical standards are followed, and technically steers both internal teams and external vendors. This is not a people management role, but a technical leadership role within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate architecture into implementation and provide hands-on technical leadership
• Support teams in cloud and Kubernetes environments and ensure technical standards are followed
• Technically steer both internal teams and external vendors
• Collaborate in a complex enterprise environment; this is not a people management role

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience with CI/CD & Infra as Code
• Strong in translating architecture into implementation
• Hands-on (not a purely advisory architect)
• Required languages: Perfect English is mandatory, Dutch is a plus
