Job description

A leading European Credit insurance company seeks a Service Delivery Manager for SAP to oversee the management of SAP applications and ensure high performance and security. You will coordinate incident and change management, monitor compliance with SLAs, and manage external suppliers. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in ICT or related fields, at least five years of experience, and fluency in English plus Dutch or French. The role provides a hybrid working arrangement and attractive benefits.
