About the Role

We are looking for a Functional ERPConsultant with expertise in ERP systems. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client needs and technical delivery, working closely with clients, developers, and other consultants to deliver high-impact Odoo implementations and optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo functionality
• Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules to meet customer requirements
• Deliver functional support and training to end-users
• Work closely with developers to translate functional specs into technical tasks
• Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions within the Odoo ecosystem
• Lead and document testing, training, and deployment processes
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support

Hard Skills

• Completed a Master Study in the field of computer science, economics or similar
• Experience in another domain as Finance, Logistics, HR etc. is a plus
• Strong understanding of business workflows and how they map
• Skilled in writing functional specifications and translating business requirements into stories
• Experience with testing, UAT, and training users
• Proficiency in documenting business processes and system setups (uml, bpmns)
• Fluent in English and Dutch (other languages are a plus)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client-oriented with the ability to understand and manage expectations
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously

Trainings

12 days / year, including 6 of your choice.

• Completed a Master Study in the field of computer science, economics or similar
