Experteer Overview In this role you lead the global cyber compliance program to ensure alignment with evolving cybersecurity and privacy rules.You shape the strategy and drive meaningful metrics in partnership with the Information Security, Legal, Privacy, and business teams.You translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and controls that support the company’s compliance objectives.You will work across regions to monitor developments, guide improvements, and support audits, making an impact on risk posture and regulatory readiness.This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence global standards and cross-functional collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Develop and continuously enhance the global cyber compliance strategy* Drive compliance with GDPR, NIS2, CRA and other global requirements* Define, implement and maintain KPIs for cyber and privacy compliance* Monitor regulatory developments globally and adapt internal policies accordingly* Coordinate compliance processes with global peers and Information Security* Maintain documentation of compliance status, processes, and stakeholders* Assess compliance performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities* Prioritize initiatives, set metrics, and drive corrective actions* Support audits, assessments, and regulatory reviews with evidence of compliance* Promote collaboration and alignment across departments and international stakeholdersResponsabilidades* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security, Information Technology, Law, Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or related field* Several years of professional experience with cybersecurity laws and regulations including GDPR, NIS2, and CRA* Experience in compliance organizations and governance frameworks* Experience working with global and cross-functional teams* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)* Decision-making confidence on priorities, metrics, and improvement actionsRequisitos principales*

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security, Information Technology, Law, Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or related field
  • Several years of professional experience with cybersecurity laws and regulations including GDPR, NIS2, and CRA
  • Experience in compliance organizations and governance frameworks
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Decision-making confidence on priorities, metrics, and improvement actions
