Job description

Experteer Overview Lead a team that ensures financial data accuracy during new client onboarding. You will oversee daily workflows, uphold data quality across projects, and coordinate with cross-functional partners. This role is behind-the-scenes, focused on structured data work and precision, with opportunities to improve processes and scale data validation. You will shape a collaborative team culture and contribute to the global data validation function, including AI-driven improvements. Pay / Benefits * Lead and mentor Data Validation Specialists and support career development * Oversee workload, prioritization, and on-time, high-quality delivery * Review and audit validation projects to ensure standards * Drive process improvements to increase data occurrence, reduce turnaround time, and scale operations * Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and SOPs for data validation * Collaborate with Sales, Client Solutions, Product and Engineering on integrated solutions * Foster collaborative culture with focus on client success * Identify and implement AI-driven automation and LLM integrations to streamline implementation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a data-oriented field * 3+ years in data validation, financial operations, or data quality assurance * 1+ year of people leadership or team coordination preferred * Strong organizational and analytical skills with high-volume data accuracy * Excellent communication and cross-team influence * Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), internal tools, and web-based platforms * Familiarity with financial data is a plus; fast learner and process-oriented with attention to detail Key requirements *
