IT Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity with one of the country’s most reliable and renowned engineering product manufacturers with a fast-growing customer base., The successful IT Project Manager will work hand in hand with other project managers, business analysts and stakeholders to ensure project delivery, on time and to budget. Through experience and technical ability, the Project Manager will help shape the product and assist in developing the working methodologies and practices., Experience managing development and project roadmaps

• Understand core business drivers and ensure timely delivery
• Take ownership of project scope and change management
• Ensure all project risks are managed adequately
• Full project life cycle experience from estimation through development, UAT test and Implementation
• Production of concise accurate weekly project reports
• Demonstrate a good understanding of appropriate software development technologies
• Be able to clearly explain and promote core products
• Demonstrate Project delivery experience in business transformation, contact centre and mobile application projects
• Manage project budgets and effective resource utilisation

The IT Project Manager will need to be able to demonstrate evidence of successful project delivery, in particular working with agile teams.

The successful applicant will have experience in delivering Agile software development projects, to join an industry leading business in Chester. Our client works in a fast paced, Agile environment so the professional will have experience working to Agile methodologies.
