Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you build software for Williams Racing’s Engineering and Operations teams, working on state-of-the-art simulations, real-time data, and bespoke analysis tools. You’ll contribute to a cross-functional software development group spanning Aerodynamics, Vehicle Dynamics and Vehicle Performance, using a mix of desktop, web, and backend services. You’ll help scale systems, improve reliability, and support race weekend needs, with cloud-native and data platform initiatives shaping the pace of the team. You’ll collaborate across groups to deliver impactful software that powers on-track performance.
