z/OS Mainframe Systems Programmer Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the enterprise z/OS mainframe platform, driving architecture, upgrades, and lifecycle management. You will mentor teams, steer platform modernization, and act as the highest-level escalation point for complex issues. You’ll work closely with architecture, security, and operations to deliver scalable, high-availability mainframe solutions. This is a senior, strategically focused role in a regulated banking/financial services context with a strong emphasis on reliability and performance.
