Lead / Senior Software Engineer || Enterprise Asset Management AI & Agentic Systems

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise software that leverages AI to solve real customer problems. You’ll work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to build intelligent Asset Management solutions, mentoring teammates and driving engineering excellence at scale. You’ll apply AI thoughtfully to enhance product capabilities while maintaining quality and reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of software engineering and AI, with real customer impact.
