Senior Python Developer / Consultant SaaS

Experteer Overview In this senior, hands-on role you will build cloud-based Python applications for a growing legal-tech SaaS product. You’ll own client-led bespoke projects end-to-end, collaborating with clients to translate needs into scalable cloud solutions. You’ll work across the full software lifecycle and make technical decisions that accelerate delivery. The position combines hands-on development with client contact in a fast-paced scale-up setting, offering clear progression as the product scales. Pay / Benefits * Lead end-to-end delivery of client bespoke projects * Develop cloud-based applications using Python and AWS * Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements * Make technical decisions and drive delivery outcomes * Contribute across the full software development lifecycle * Proactively contribute to product growth and quality Tasks * Client-facing experience * Strong Python backend development with FastAPI * AWS experience including Amazon CDK * Solid understanding of DevOps principles * Full software development lifecycle knowledge and modern software engineering practices * Business acumen with startup/SME experience * Degree in Computer Science or similar * Active GitHub account and/or personal projects (preferred) Key requirements * Salary up to 80k * 25 days holiday * Pension * Hybrid working (Manchester office 3 days) * Career progression opportunities
