Manager Software Engineering

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and shape engineering efforts for cutting-edge risk solutions. You will manage offshore and onshore teams, drive technical direction, and collaborate with customers to design scalable software. You’ll write advanced code, conduct reviews, and mentor engineers to deliver impactful analytics-enabled products. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines technical excellence with people management to advance our risk & decision-support platforms.
