Pay / Benefits * Define scope, objectives and deliverables with business stakeholders * Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies * Lead a portfolio of IT projects from small changes to enterprise-wide transformations * Build relationships with stakeholders to influence decisions and ensure alignment * Champion project governance, reporting and delivery methodologies * Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting * Develop business cases and track realised benefits * Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers for delivery * Oversee procurement activities including RFI/RFP and supplier selection * Manage nearshore and offshore delivery partners as needed * Mentor junior Project Managers to build capability * Ensure projects align with organisational objectives and strategic priorities Tasks * Proven experience delivering complex IT projects and programmes from initiation to completion * Extensive stakeholder management with influence across levels * Experience leading cross-functional project teams * Strong background in planning, governance, budgeting and resource management * Experience developing business cases and managing benefits realisation * Strong financial management and procurement experience * Experience managing suppliers including nearshore/offshore teams * Knowledge of RFI and RFP processes and supplier selection * Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environment * Proficiency with project management methodologies, software and collaboration tools * Good understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and technologies * Experience mentoring or coaching Project Managers (desirable) Key requirements *
