Experteer Overview In this role you will architect and deliver scalable Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud solutions, with a focus on PWA Kit and SFRA. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust eCommerce platforms that drive customer experiences and growth. You’ll lead design efforts, mentor developers, and ensure delivery quality while staying current with Salesforce innovations. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented opportunity to shape high-impact eCommerce engagements for a global client base. Pay / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of complex Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects (PWA Kit and SFRA) * Mentor and guide junior consultants and developers through all project phases * Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align goals * Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability * Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for smooth execution * Collaborate with QA, UX/UI, and product teams to deliver seamless digital experiences * Provide post-deployment support and recommend platform optimizations to boost performance and engagement * Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices across the SDLC Tasks * 7 to 11 years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud * Expertise in PWA Kit and SFRA * Strong frontend skills (ISML templates, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, SCSS, Bootstrap) * Experience configuring and customizing Business Manager features (content library, asset slots, promotions, campaigns, site preferences, catalogues, product management) * Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions * Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams * Proactive problem-solving and adherence to quality gates and standards Key requirements *
