Team Lead Data Products & Analytics (gn)

• You lead a team of Analytics Engineers and Analysts - both disciplinarily and professionally - and actively support each person’s career development
• You own the team backlog: you prioritise stakeholder requests, protect team capacity, and communicate decisions transparently
• You drive the quality and evolution of our data products - from KPI definitions and self-service dashboards to semantic layers and AI products
• You build lean processes for refinement, planning, and delivery, keeping overhead consistently low

• You have several years of experience in analytics or BI and have already led a team or teams - professionally or disciplinarily
• You think in stakeholder value, not tickets - and know when a request needs to be prioritised, reshaped, or declined
• You bring along engineers and non-technical stakeholders equally, without having to translate between both worlds
• You prioritise consistently and keep the overview when multiple projects are running in parallel
• You communicate fluently in German and English (C1 or C2)
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g. dbt, Redshift, Superset) and solid SQL skills are a plus - not a must
