For an established purchasing cooperative in the German healthcare sector, we are seeking, starting October 1, 2026, a, In this role, you will manage day-to-day internal IT operations, assist employees with technical issues, and actively contribute to the further development of the Microsoft 365 and cloud environments. We are looking for a service-oriented IT professional who understands traditional infrastructure topics but also enjoys working with modern cloud, workplace, and digitalization solutions.

What You Can Expect from Us

IT Support & Modern Workplace

• First point of contact for our employees regarding IT issues and service requests
• Analysis and resolution of hardware, software, network, and workplace issues
• Management of IT workstations, end devices, printers, and mobile workstations
• Support with the day-to-day use of Microsoft 365 and standard applications

Microsoft 365, Cloud & IT Administration

• Administration and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment
• Management of users, groups, permissions, and end devices
• Support for Microsoft services: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Azure, and Intune
• Collaboration on the management, monitoring, and optimization of cloud services
• Collaboration with external IT service providers and support for IT procurement

IT Optimization, Security & Digitalization

• Documentation of solutions, systems, and configurations
• Supporting IT security and data protection measures
• Analyzing recurring issues and deriving sustainable improvements
• Future involvement in digitization and automation projects
• Future support in the development of workflows and apps based on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)

• Completed training in the IT field, e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d), IT Systems Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, relevant professional experience in IT support, system administration, or the Modern Workplace environment
• Ideally, experience in user support as well as in managing IT workstations and end devices

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, particularly in the areas of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
• Experience in user, group, and permission management
• Knowledge of administering Windows clients, standard software, and modern workplace solutions
• Ideally, experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), or Cloud Security

Digitalization & Innovation

• Interest in modern cloud and Microsoft technologies
• Affinity for digitalization and automation topics
• Initial experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or a willingness to learn these topics
