• You independently set up laptops and accounts for new joiners and ensure smooth onboarding
• You manage user accounts and access in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• You keep track of our IT equipment and ensure everything is ready to use and up to date
• You ensure our meeting rooms and setups run smoothly and step in when things break, You won’t just support, you’ll take care of real IT topics that keep the company running

• A steep learning curve in a modern IT setup Get hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune device management in a cloud-first environment

• You enjoy solving problems and making things work reliably
• You take pride in fixing problems quickly and thoroughly
