Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung- z. B. zum / zur Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Bürokaufmann / Bürokauffrau, Personalfachkaufmann / Personalfachkauffrau (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie. Alternativ ist auch ein Quereinstieg mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen im Recruiting und Bewerbermanagement möglich.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting , insbesondere i Kontakt mit Bewerbenden und in Bewerbungsgesprächenm
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Personalsoftware von Vorteil (idealerweise rexx systems)
  • Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit
  • Interesse an IT-Themen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
