Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will build autonomous, agent-driven capabilities for Alasco’s real estate finance platform. You’ll own end-to-end agentic workflows, establish eval-driven development, and work across dashboards, reporting, valuations, and planning. You’ll implement LLM operations and observability to ensure reliability in a finance-critical domain, collaborating with customers and stakeholders to make trade-offs explicit. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the AI core that powers real-time forecasting and anomaly detection at scale. Pay / Benefits * Develop end-to-end autonomous workflows that handle complex tasks * Establish evaluation frameworks and ground-truth sets to measure agent reliability * Collaborate across AI product areas like dashboards, reporting, valuations, and planning * Implement LLM ops and observability to monitor, trace, and scale reliability * Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to inform decisions * Articulate trade-offs openly and manage time, cost, UX, and quality considerations Tasks * Proven product software experience with TypeScript and Python * Deep understanding of LLM infrastructure and agent architectures * Expertise in context and data engineering for unstructured data * Strong debugging, refactoring, and code-review skills * Experience with AI coding tools and clear handoff practices * Fluent German and English Key requirements * hybrid work model (2 days in Munich, 3 days remote) * VSOP - long-term ownership * 2,000 learning and development budget per year * three L&D days per year * 28 vacation days * monthly allowance for Navit or Wellpass
