Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • UnterstĂźtzung bei kaufmännischen Projekten und administrativen Abläufen
  • Einholung von Schachtscheinen, verkehrsrechtlichen Anordnungen und Organisation von Mietgeräten
  • Organisation und Koordination administrativer Prozesse am Standort
  • Pflege von Dokumenten, Daten und Projektunterlagen
  • UnterstĂźtzung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung interner BĂźro- und Verwaltungsabläufe

Requirements

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kauffrau fĂźr BĂźromanagement, Industriekauffrau, Kauffrau fĂźr Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Systeme
  • Idealerweise Nachweis eines RSA-Zertifikat
  • Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie lĂśsungsorientiertes Denken
