Requirements

  • · More of a Java Developer with some EDI experience
  • · 3 to 5 years of full life-cycle Java application development experience.
  • · Experience using Oracle SOA Suite and/or Sun Java CAPS.
  • · Implementation of one or more HIPAA-compliant EDI transaction formats.
  • · Experience with one of the following X12 standard formats: 270, 271, 278, 276, 277, 820, 834, 835, 837P, 837D, and 837I.
  • · Experience with HL7 v2 and v3 messaging standards, preferably with HL7 v3 RIM.

Preferred

  • · 3 to 5 years of experience developing service-oriented architecture, EJB based Web Services and Message Driven Beans is strongly desired.
  • · 3 to 5 years of Experience using SoapUI, JUnit, JDeveloper/Netbeans, PMD and Checkstyle development tools is preferred.
  • · Previous Medicaid, Encounter or HL7 implementation experience
  • · Experience working with small to medium size teams consisting of analysts and developers from diverse backgrounds.
  • · Familiar with UML process and documentation methods
  • · Experience with Weblogic application servers.
