IT Contract Administrator

Direct the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and procurement documentation for contracted technical services. Manage vendor contract execution schedules, service delivery monitoring, and performance metric evaluations. Perform detailed quality control reviews and invoice approvals against project budgets and financial milestones. Allocate specialized grant funding, map project assignments, and manage settlement agreements. Analyze invoicing data to forecast future programmatic needs and assist with organizational budget planning. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), procurement officers, and comptrollers to resolve contract barriers. Formulate non-functional quality requirements and system workflows to support program office goals. 2 or more years of experience in contract management, vendor oversight, and procurement lifecycle administration. Proficiency in contract administration, procurement processes, and Statement of Work (SOW) drafting. Experience with financial invoice auditing, budgetary forecasting, and expenditure data analysis. Experience in work management software including Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with non-functional quality-of-service requirements elicitation and process workflow mapping. Experience in public sector procurement regulations, vendor settlement agreements, and grant fund mapping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
