Job description

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and curated datasets that support analytics, reporting, and business operations.
  • Help evolve our enterprise data platform to ensure reliable, scalable, and accessible data across the organization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
  • Assist in developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) to support sales, marketing, and other business operations.
  • Integrate internal data sources with AI services and APIs to automate workflows and improve business processes.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, performance, and governance across the data platform.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance our data platform and AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with teammates across Business Intelligence, Sales, Marketing, and Information Technology to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
  • Understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including relational databases, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms; experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure AI Foundry is a plus.
  • Experience with Git, APIs, and collaborative software development workflows is preferred.
  • Interest or experience in generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, or prompt engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies and tackle unfamiliar challenges.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
