Consultant, Functional Transformation SAP

Experteer Overview You help drive SAP-enabled transformation for government and public sector clients, shaping processes, configurations, and deployment activities across the SAP lifecycle. In this role you work with cross-functional teams to deliver S/4HANA and ECC modernization, ensuring fit-to-standard design and governed deliverables. You will engage in workshops, testing, and cutover activities to enable mission-critical improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Support SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle * Configure SAP functionality to meet business process requirements and fit-to-standard decisions * Document requirements, risks, issues, and decisions with business, technical, and data teams * Support design workshops, testing, and deployment activities (unit, integration, UAT, cutover, stabilization) * Develop and govern implementation deliverables (design documents, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover inputs, deployment readiness) * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment * Provide clear guidance and maintain professional relationships Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance * 2+ years in regulated environments with ERP controls, audit readiness, compliance * 2+ years producing or governing implementation deliverables (design docs, rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans) * 1+ years delivering SAP implementations including S/4HANA transformation * 1+ years configuring SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC * Ability to travel ~25% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
