Full Stack Developer

Location: Barcelona / Hybrid · Experience: +3 Years · Team: Product &Engineering We are sure that you may have constantly heard of payments and digital transformation.We can assure you that this will be a different and exciting story.We are an embedded finance solution that connects sellers, brands or marketplaces to multiple lenders at point of sale.With one simple integration through our API, we offer a complete set of products to our partners, helping them to deploy lending solutions in days/weeks.Functions and Responsibilities: You’ll own features end to end at Nemuru-from database to UI.Our productsurface is large and context switching is a reality here.Priorities can shift, and we expect you to move between projects confidently while keeping the full picture in scope.You’ll work directly with founders, engineers, and product to push ambitious ideas live.Expect real ownership, responsibility, and impact.- Design, build, and ship features across the full stack-frontend UIs, backend APIs, domain logic, and everything in between.- Take time to understand requirements before writing a line of code; plan, execute, and testend to end.- Build and maintain high-performance UIs using React, Next.Js, and TypeScript across multiple applications managed in a Turborepo monorepo.- Contribute to UI/UX decisions with a product mindset-think through interactions, propose interface approaches, and bring design sensibility to the features you build.- Create and maintain reusable UI libraries, design systems, and published NPM packages.- Implement backend features following Domain-Driven Design, hexagonal architecture, CQRS, and event-driven patterns in PHP/Symfony.- Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Kong API Gateway as needed.- Operate in a cloud-native environment running on AWS with Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform-managed infrastructure.- Write clean, well-tested code-unit, integration, and E2E-and enforce quality through code reviews.- Take initiative: identify problems, propose solutions, and drive them to completion without waiting to be told what to do next.Requirements We’re after builders, not task-takers.People who understand before they act, ship with confidence, and take ownership of outcomes-not just assignments.3+ years of experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.- Solid command of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture(SSR/SSG, performance, accessibility).- Backend experience with any strongly-typed or structured language; ability to work inPHP/Symfony or willingness to ramp up fast.- Familiarity with DDD, hexagonal architecture, CQRS, and event-driven systems-or strong enough fundamentals to learn them quickly.- Organized, methodical approach: you read specs, plan before coding, and test what you ship.- Proactive and autonomous: you don’t sit idle waiting for tasks, you find what needs doing and do it.- Ability to context-switch across projects and codebases without losing the bigger picture.- Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID, CI/CD, clean architecture).- Git and collaborative development workflows.- You use AI tools daily as a force multiplier, not as a last resort.You know how to get the most out of them while keeping full ownership of the output and the decisions behind it.- Clear communicator who works well across engineering, product, and design.- Fluent in English - our codebase, documentation, and some of our client communication are in English Bonus points if you: - Have worked with Turborepo, monorepo tooling, or published NPM libraries.- Know your way around AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, or Terraform.- Have experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, or Kong.- Have fintech, lending, or payments experience-or are genuinely excited tolearn how financial products work.What we offer - Real ownership and massive impact from day one.- Competitive comp, permanent full-time contract.- Hybrid-remote flexibility.- 23 vacation days + your birthday off.- Salary range: **€ - **€ We’re an equal opportunity employer.All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation,gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
