With around 11,600 employees across 32 countries, we develop, manufacture, and distribute products and solutions for the safeguarding of payment processes, identities, connectivity, and data.AtG+D Mobile Security, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, we are looking for anApplication Engineer:The Application Engineer job is a technical job to manage day-to-day operations in data centers in all service delivery scenarios, primarily in regards to service requests, changes, incident and problem resolutions, and facilitation of second-line support.Application Engineer works closely with IT Stack, Database Engineers, and development teams in order to grant service running with high performance and improve current processes by participating to new release deployments or implementing automation solutions.Responsabilities:Installation and deployment of software applications developed by R&D team from same company to the different environments (test and production)Automate application installation and process continues improvement by using ansible, Docker and Kubernetes technologies.Troubleshoot application incidents and coordinate with other teams in case of data base, infrastructure or software issues.Trigger problem tickets regarding monitoring and event management.Perform needed or on demand health checks of services/solutionsProvide input regarding future and continuous needs in regards to new investments to maintain existing and future services to Data center Manager.Meet compliance and information security requirements in Service OperationsEvaluate, improve and add applicable work instructionsKnowledge and skills:Licensed in IT or equivalent.Know-how in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes and data bases (Oracle, SQL server)Technical skillset in the software application area.Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service ManagementAbility to work under pressureSolution and process improvement oriented mindsetBeing an excellent team playerAbility to adapt to changesAbility to follow given processes, procedures and work instructionsFluent written and spoken EnglishWhat’s great about working with usCulture and diversity:Join a people-oriented environment with diverse nationalities, strong team spirit, and flat hierarchies where everyone speaks to everyone. Requirements

Licensed in IT or equivalent. Know-how in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes and data bases (Oracle, SQL server) Technical skillset in the software application area.
